When will I get my product if I ask for its replacement?

In most places, the replacement product would be given to you while one of our field executives will come to pick-up the item. In other areas, the replacement process is initiated once the original item is picked up. For more details, please check the email and SMS that we send you against your replacement request.

Which items are not entitled for returns?

As per the Seller's Return Policy, the below-given table features the list of products that are not entitled or eligible for returns:

Can I return the items after the timeperiod stated in the Return Policy of sellers?

No. Once the timeperiod stated by the seller's Return Policy is over, they will not accept returns of any product.

Is it necessary to return the freebie when I plan to return a product?

Yes, you have to return the freebies while you return the product.

Why I can see the 'Cancel' button but can't click it?

I am having some issues in my product after the return period. What should I do?

After the return period is over, you can get in touch with the brand authorised service centre to claim the warranty for the product.

What are the necessary checks to be done for the product I am returning?

At the time of pick-up, our field executives will be checked for the below-given conditions:

Correct Item Name/IMEI number/brand/image/bar code should match/article number/serial number/MRP tag should not be unattached and visibly clear.
Complete Product All in-box accessories, such as starter kits, remote control, chargers, instruction manuals, headphones, etc.), combos and freebies (if any) should be there.
Unused Product The item should be unwashed, unsoiled, unused, without stains and with non-tampered warranty seals/quality check seals. If returning a Mobile/ Tablet/ Laptop, it should be formatted and any screen lock (like Pin, Fingerprint or Pattern) should be disabled. For Apple devices, the iCloud lock should be disabled.
Undamaged Product TIn the case of Mobile, Tablet or Laptop, SIM trays/ back- panel? headphone port/ charging port etc.) should be free from damages, holes, tears, scratches or dents.
Undamaged Packaging Original box/ packaging should be undamaged of the product.

The field executive may not accept the product if you do not meet any of the above-stated terms and conditions.

For any products for which a refund is to be given, the refund will be processed once the returned product has been received by the seller.

When is a return of an item not possible?

Sellers may not accept returns of the product(s) in the following cases:

I ordered a wrong item. Can I return it?

The return policies of sellers does not accept the return for item(s) that is/are ordered wrongly.

Can I change the pick-up address for the the products(s) at the time of returning?

If the service of our pick partner is available at the pin code of the new address, then you can change the address while filing the return. (need to cross check)

Why have I been asked to ship the item?

If our channelled courier partner is not providing service in your location, you may have to ship the product back to the address of the seller on your own. In such cases, you can return the product through any other courier service. The return fees would be borne by Dalmia BestPrice. The return or replacement process could be arranged only after the product reaches their address. So, please send the item to the seller within 30 days so they may begin the return process.

My return has been approved, but not yet received the refund in my bank account.

If we have sent you a mail from our side confirming about your refund request, this means that we have initiated the refund.

If in case, your bank account not get credited with the refund amount by the promised date, which itself is rare case, you are free to contact us so that we can find the reason and get it done.

I opted for the “Cash on Delivery” option as the mode of payment. How may I return the product and get my refund?

If you used 'Cash on Delivery' as your mode of payment, we can process the refunds in your bank account through IMPS or Immediate Payment Service. For this, you will have to furnish the details of your bank account where you wish to get the refund at the time of applying the return request.

You will require to give the following information to the seller to initiate the refund process in your account:

Mostly, IMPS refunds take not more than one business day to get credited in your bank account.

How long does it take to cancel an order?

If the order has not yet been shipped by the seller, then the cancellation of the order may happy immediately. In case it is out for delivery, the order will get cancelled when the courier service provider confirms that the package is being received by the seller. However, there are some orders in certain categories that you cannot cancel after 24 hours. For more details, you are required to check the product page.
